Sales traits – YouGov survey
A recent study by Huthwaite International reveals that decision-makers think listening skills are essential to being a successful sales person however do not see asking questions as a very important sales trait.
The research, conducted through the national YouGov survey of business decision-makers, showed that while 73 per cent of respondents consider good listening skills as important, only 22 per cent think being inquisitive is a key sales trait.
